Ai-Crafters x TEP · 90-day test
What I bring to TEP's clients, and what it costs.
Kaylee, here is the rough breakdown you asked for on Oct 29: what I do, how I price it, how I like it talked about, and what stays with TEP. The prices are my current public ones; what changes for TEP clients is for us to settle on Nov 6.
The whole page in 30 seconds. Sound on.
What I do
I find what stops a business from scaling, and remove it with AI.
Usually the bottleneck is the owner. My sweet spot is home services, blue-collar and brick-and-mortar businesses. Every engagement runs the same four steps.
01
Discovery
A 90-minute ROI Opportunity Scan that maps where the business is stuck and what AI could and should fix, ranked by return.
02
Build
The agents, automations or custom software that remove those bottlenecks. Scoped, fixed price, one project at a time.
03
Education
The team learns to run and extend what was built, so it doesn't fall apart the day I leave.
04
Support
A dedicated AI agent answers questions, fixes bugs and handles in-scope changes, usually within the hour. Out of scope comes back as a quote I approve.
In home services it's almost always the same five:Leads→Dispatch→Quotes→Closing→Running the work
Ceilings I removed
Real businesses, real systems in use or on live data.
Live since September · Electrical contractor, Los Angeles
From hitting a ceiling to room to scale
Leads sat in a shared inbox, jobs in Notion, quotes on paper, and everything else in the owner's head. I built them their own operating system: one pipeline from lead to paid, quotes the homeowner signs and pays on the spot, and an assistant the owner runs by talking to it from the field.
13 daysfrom kickoff to the team logging in
~$20K a yearwhat the off-the-shelf software would have cost them
$0 per seatthey own it, and it doesn't cost more as they hire
Live pilot on real jobs · Gates and doors, California
Dispatch that lived in one person's head
All scheduling sat with one coordinator. Crews crossed each other on the freeway and double bookings slipped through. A dispatch planner now lays out the week by location, crew and skill from their real job list.
3 crew-daysfreed up in a two-week test
~16 paid hourssaved over those two weeks
378 milesless crew driving
In production · Attic and crawl space, Los Angeles
Deals were lost overnight
The written quote went out the day after the inspection, and by then the homeowner had called three other companies. Now the technician films and talks on site, and the app writes the report and quote right there.
5 minutesfrom inspection to a ready-to-sign report
On the spotquote in hand before they shop around
No typingthe tech talks, the app writes
Also shipped, outside home services
M&A advisory: CIM drafts in hours instead of days
Health insurer: about 70% less handling time per claim
BI software vendor: a new paid AI tier, sold as recurring revenue
Payment security: a voice agent that opened a new market
How I price
Most clients start with the Scan, then pick a plan, a build, or both.
The Scan fee is credited toward any plan started within 14 days.

Coming soon
We'll soon start testing a more thorough ROI Opportunity Scan at $2,500: a deeper audit of the business and a fuller roadmap, for owners who want the whole picture before they build.
How to talk about it
Lead with the bottleneck, not the technology.
"We find what's stopping you from taking more work, and remove it."AI is the tool, not the pitch.
What I like to talk about
More jobs with the same team
Owners stepping out of the bottleneck
How fast support turns around
A fixed price they know before they commit
The easiest next step for your AE: book the free intro or the $500 Scan. I take it from there.
Who to send me
The owner is still the bottleneck.
A great fit
Owner-run, and the owner is in every decision, quote or schedule change
Information lives in notebooks, texts, spreadsheets and people's heads
Too many apps or paper for quotes, scheduling and jobs
Turning work away, or hiring office staff just to keep up with admin
Quotes take days, or leads go cold before anyone calls back
Probably not yet
Only wants a chatbot for the website
Large teams with layers of management and in-house IT
No appetite to change how the office works
Pre-revenue: TEP's planning work comes first
The one-line testIf the owner is still the one chasing quotes and juggling the schedule, send them my way.
After an acquisition
When the old owner leaves, the knowledge shouldn't leave with them.
Most of TEP's buyers inherit a business that ran on the seller's head. The handover is the best moment to put it into one system, so the new owner doesn't become the new bottleneck.
During the transition
Capture how the seller actually runs quotes, scheduling and jobs
Put it into one system the team works in from day one
Train the team on it before the seller steps away
For buyers adding more businesses
Build it once, run it in every company they add
Same pipeline, quotes and reporting across all of them
No per-seat fees as they grow
The clean line
Where I stop and TEP starts.
Goes straight to TEP, from my calls and my existing clients
Business plans, SBA and loan packaging
Accounting and bookkeeping. I never write into a client's books.
Valuation, Quality of Earnings and exit planning
Marketing campaigns and ad spend
Legal and tax advice
Please don't promise on my behalf
A revenue result or ROI number before the Scan
A build price or timeline before a written scope
"AI will replace your staff." It takes the admin off them so they can do more of the real work.
Anything shipped untested. Nothing goes live until it's fully tested.
For Nov 6
What we settle for the 90-day test.
Once your updated catalog is in, these are the pieces.
Structure. Which we start with: a referral fee per closed client, co-selling where your AE runs the call and I deliver, or white label under TEP's brand.
Split. The percentage for each structure, and whether it applies to monthly plans for their whole life or only the first payment.
Pricing for TEP clients. My public prices as they are, or a partner rate.
Going the other way. Which TEP services I offer my clients first, and how I hand them to your team.
The launch. Who writes the blog page and the email to your clients, what the call to action is, and how we track which leads came from where.
The acquisition. How the new platform changes any of the above.

Six years in Unit 8200, Israel's elite intelligence unit, twice a team lead. Then my first AI startup, six months before ChatGPT launched. I started Ai-Crafters with Eran, our CTO, building for some of Israel's largest insurers, government offices and the Ministry of Education.
Since moving to New York I focus on home services and owner-run businesses: a dozen-plus companies so far. Some I teach to do it themselves, and for others I build it.
